Are You Overdosing on Caffeine?
Subtitle, “Signs that your coffee habit is doing more harm than good”.
Yes, anything with over use, over consumption is not good, so does coffee, even though i love coffee, so much, i’ve been a coffee drinker since 4th grade, experimenting with lots of coffee, and how i make my own coffee, until now, coffee doesn’t affecting me much in terms of sleep, i could sleep after a cup of coffee, but still that’s not good.
When I did the math, I’d been consuming roughly 1,200 milligrams throughout the day and had been every day since 2001. Caffeine has a half-life of roughly six hours, meaning that if you drink 300 milligrams at noon, you will have about 150 milligrams in your system at 6 P.M., about 75 milligrams in your body at midnight, and so on. So my body had likely spent almost two decades under the influence.
There are time i drank a lot, and this calculation should made you think how you consume your caffeine, just take it easy, don’t drink too much.
The History of CTRL + ALT + DELETE
For Windows users, this might be familiar, to kill certain app that hogging your system, or makes your system crashed, just do ctrl + alt + del, and lookup for the culprit, which app, and kill it.
It was David Bradley who created this keys combination in 1981, he created it within 5-10 minutes, and thinking that the keys will not accidentally pressed by the user.
